This notice supplements the Identiq Infotech Privacy Policy and applies specifically to OneSocialX and its Instagram integration. Where the two differ on OneSocialX, this notice applies.
OneSocialX is operated by Identiq Infotech, Hall No 403, Dhara Trade Center, Mota Varachha, Surat — 394101, India. It sends an automatic Instagram direct message when someone comments a keyword on your post.
We use this information for one purpose: to run the automations you set up. We match comments against your keywords and send the message you wrote.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell or share your followers' data. We do not use comments or messages for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine learning models.
The access token is the most sensitive thing we hold, and we treat it like a password. It is stored on our servers only. It is never sent to the mobile app or to a web browser, and no client application can read it. Only our backend can use it, and only to carry out the automations you configured.
We use no advertising networks, analytics brokers or data resellers.
Account and automation data is kept while your account is open. If you disconnect an Instagram account, its stored access token is deleted immediately. To remove everything, see Data Deletion.
OneSocialX is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 13.
