OneSocialX is operated by Identiq Infotech. Here is how to remove your data, from narrowest to broadest. All three routes work today.
In the OneSocialX app, open the Instagram card on the dashboard and tap Disconnect. The stored access token for that account is deleted immediately and we stop receiving its comments.
In Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → OneSocialX → Remove. This withdraws our permission at Meta's end, which stops all access even if you cannot reach our app.
Email developer@identiqinfotech.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will remove your profile, connected accounts, access tokens, automations and comment activity within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Direct messages that were already delivered live in Instagram, not in our systems. Deleting your OneSocialX data does not remove messages from anyone's Instagram inbox.
